Adam developed 90 recipes for MasterChef's first ever vegetarian cookbook. This book was shot during the first lockdown of 2020 and therefore all the food styling and photography was done by himself with no assistants, in his own home.
Think approachable, healthy, sustainable, zero-waste and efficient vegetarian and vegan cooking. Developing these recipes was close to his own beliefs and passion about the way our eating habits need to evolve to be kinder to our planet.
