ABOUT
Nura Food Co. is owned and operated by Adam O'Shepherd, a chef with 20 years experience within the restaurant and food industry. Adam is based on the southern Gold Coast, Australia, and is open to projects all over Australia and abroad.
Adam worked in some of Sydney and Stockholm's top kitchens before moving to London where he was part of the team to open globally renowned chef & author Bill Granger’s first UK restaurant. He moved on to become Head Chef at Shoreditch eatery Lantana, voted best brunch by Time Out Magazine. His award-winning menu at The Bok Shop, Brighton UK, is industry leading, a project that he oversaw from conception to opening multiple sites.
Adam has since broadened his creative offering within the world of food to become a freelance food creative. Working in food styling, advertising, recipe testing and recipe development/writing, Adam has worked on many cookbooks, including Chefs at Home by Hospitality Action, Jack Stein's World on a Plate, Ben Tish's Moorish and Angela Clutton's The Vinegar Cupboard.
He recently completed writing, shooting and styling his first cookbook as author, MasterChef Green, available now from all good book sellers.
